The Company may use cookies and other electronic images (such as transparent gifs or pixels) on the Site for several reasons, including collection of anonymous tracking information on site usage patterns.

Information gathered through the use of cookies and other electronic images is used to continually improve the Site user’s experience with it. Other than information that facilitates your use and navigation of the Site, such information is not identified with you personally.  In addition, when the Company sends HTML-formatted e-mail messages, it may include single-pixel GIFs to determine which e-mail messages were opened and/or acted upon.

The Company operates the Site in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and will not knowingly collect or use personally-identifiable information from anyone under 13 years of age. In the event that the Company learns it has collected any personal information from a child under the age of 13 without parental consent, the Company will promptly delete such information from its database.

Partners

The Company may partner with third-parties for marketing purposes to provide special offers, products, or services. The Company may share (provide and receive) personally-identifiable offline and online user contact information with such bona fide partners, holding them to the same privacy standards detailed here.

The Company does not share credit card or payment information with such third parties.  The Company may otherwise disclose User’s personal information only as required by applicable law or regulatory authority, or in response to legal process to protect Company’s rights and property, or to protect the safety of Company’s users or others.


Security

The Company uses encryption methods so that each monetary donation takes place in a secure environment. After it has safely reached Company’s secure internal environment, Company decodes the information to complete such transactions. The Company stores information users provide to it on its servers. Access to all of Company’s users' information is restricted to Company representatives who need the information to perform a specific job on behalf of the Company.

No electronic communication over the Internet, however, can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Though the Company takes great care to protect user’s personal information, Company cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that users submit to the Site, and users do so at their own risk. The Company does not share credit card numbers with other parties, other than those involved with the administration of user’s subscription.


Customer Choice

By using the Site, you agree to receive communications related to the Content and Services. 

Users, however, may decide what types of such marketing messages they agree to receive. Users can, at any time, update or correct any of the personally-identifiable information that they shared with the Company during registration – including communication preferences. The Company will try to implement requests within a reasonable time, although for a period of time, users may continue to receive communications transmitted based on information released prior to the implementation of the request.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any actions arising directly or indirectly from the Site, Content, or Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.  Any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions, the Content, or the Services shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located within Hamilton County, Ohio.


Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns from and against any and all third-party claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of (i) any unauthorized activity related to the use of the Site, Content, and/or Services by you or any other person accessing the Site, Content, or Services using your computer; (ii) the violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions by you or any other person accessing the Site, Content, or Services using your computer; and (iii) the violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right by you or any person accessing the Site, Content, or Services using your computer.
