Use

Your permission to use the www.Mission2Move.org website (“Site”) and all related content (“Content”), which Content includes the online donations portal (“Services”), is limited by the following:

  • You may access the Site, Content, and Services only for your own personal, non-commercial use.
  • You will use the Site, Content, and Services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations, and with these Terms and Conditions.
  • You will not use the Site, Content, or Services to engage in advertising or solicitation to other users to buy or sell any products or services.
  • You will not damage, disable, disrupt, impair, place unreasonable burdens or excessive loads on, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or Services, its computer systems, servers, or networks, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site or Service.

Mission2Move, an Ohio nonprofit-corporation (the “Company”), is the sole owner of all right, title, and interest in and to the Site and all related Content, including the Services, and all related intellectual property, copyrights, database rights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights therein throughout the world (collectively, "Intellectual Property"). You may not otherwise use, modify, publish, broadcast, transmit, transfer or sell, rent, lease, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, circulate, disseminate, perform, link, display, or in any way exploit the Site, Content, Services, or Intellectual Property, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the Company, which may be withheld in Company’s sole and absolute discretion. 

Brands, company names, product names, and logos on the Site are the trademarks, service marks, or trade names of the Company. The use of any Company (or any other party on the web site) trademark, trade name, or service mark without Company's (or the appropriate owner's) express written consent is prohibited, without prior written permission of the Company, which may be withheld in the Company’s sole and absolute discretion.


Cancellation; Modifications

The Company reserves the right at any time and from time to time, without notice, to (i) terminate or modify the Site, Content, and Services; (ii) offer additional Content, services or products; and (iii) offer Content, products or services (including the Services) for a fee or on a subscription basis.  The Company further reserves the right for any reason, with or without cause, to terminate, cancel, restrict or otherwise modify your or any other individual user’s access to or right to use the Site, Content, or Services.  Company makes no guarantee or warranty whatsoever that the Content, Site, or Services are accurate.  Typographical, electronic, and other unintentional errors may happen, and Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to any such errors or omissions.  Company reserves the right, upon discovery of such errors, to modify, delete, or correct the Content of the Site or Services, at any time and without notice.  The Company reserves the right to refuse a donation at any time for any legally valid reason.  By accessing the Site and Services, you acknowledge and agree to the foregoing and waive any and all claims against the Company and/or the Company’s shareholders, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and assigns (collectively, the “Company Group”) that may arise as a result of such actions.


Content

 The Content may include, without limitation, nutrition and diet plans, physical exercise routines, and other lifestyle suggestions.  Any such Content is offered for suggestion only, and shall not be considered medical advice.  Users must consult a licensed medical professional and nutritionist before starting or discontinuing any diet or exercise routine.  Users are also solely responsible for monitoring their level of physical exertion, and should stop all exercise and consult a licensed medical professional in the event any pain, discomfort, nausea, or headaches occur.  Results are not guaranteed, and Company makes no such representations or warranties.  By using the Site, Content, and Services, you are waiving your right to bring any claim for damages or injury to person or property arising directly or indirectly from the Site, Content, Services, or your use thereof.
