PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Mission2Move is available for hire to provide professional development services to physical education instructors, health teachers, academic coaches, and principals. Below is a series of offerings we provide by instructor type.
 
 

1.  District Wide PD

+  Theory of brain based physical education research  through the Z-Health Performance System as well as the  brain based research into mindfulness. The theory will  be  taken one step further and include the application of specific drills and mindfulness practices to implement into the classroom, all within the context of the updated Ohio  Physical Education Standards

2.  Academic Coaches PD

+  Hands-on training to academic coaches  in order to help them implement the neural based  movements into their coaching sessions to improve  academic performance.
 

3.  Principal Leadership PD

+  Why and how physical movement and mindfulness can be used to  improve academic performance, health and wellness, and solve behavioral/disciplinary issues.
